Adv. Nir Sokolovsky specializes in the field of real estate including legal support for contractors and developers in land transactions of all types, including combination agreements, sales and purchase transactions, leasing agreements, commercial, offices, industry and residential projects, receivership and dissolution of real estate partnership claims, and representation of developers and government companies in proceedings before the Israel Land Authority.

Furthermore, within the framework of his work in the Real Estate Department, Nir provides legal support on issues of expropriations, depreciation and planning and building as part of transactions or support for projects and clients, represents clients before the planning institutes and appeal committees, and deals with administrative petitions.

Nir is authorized to issue a continuous power of attorney, preliminary instructions for the appointment of a guardian and a document of expression of will, in accordance with the law.
