For example, the firm represented Ms. D.R, in her precedential claim for recognition as a common-law wife, despite the fact that she had never lived under the same roof with her common-law spouse. Nevertheless, she was recognized as a common-law wife and received a share of the estate of her deceased spouse. This precedential case law was approved in the Supreme Court of Israel, and is one of the most prominent and pioneering in the field.
