The department, headed by Adv. Edo Orlansky and Yigal Kaldes,  provides the government companies which it represents with complete legal services for advancement of land availability in various projects, including support by the expropriations team for each and every project.

Under the projects receiving advice from our firm in the field, the department has supported some of the largest and most important infrastructure projects executed in Israel during the past decade, including the fourth railway track on Ayalon, the Krayot bypass, the Valley Railway, Highway 71, Highway 4 (Tirat Hacarmel-Hahotrim), the Atlit Interchange, the Public Transport project on Highway 461 (Avia Junction to HaTayasim Junction), the public transport project on Highway 5 (Kfar Kasem-Glilot), Highway 4 (Ashdod Interchange), Highway 1 (Hemed Motza-Bet Nekofa) and many more main traffic routes.
