The firm’s Commercial Department, headed by Adv. Ronen Mozeson, deals with a large number of companies, partnerships, and business people in a diversity of business activities. Among others, the department supports several start-up companies in all their business activities, from their founding to IPOs, and supports investors from Israel and overseas in various types of investment transactions.

The Commercial Department has special expertise in the field of energy. The firm supports projects in the field, including legal support for construction of natural gas and bio-gas power plants, and for projects in the field of green energy.

In this context, the firm represents Madei Taas Group and Eshkolot Energy Group in various ventures for construction of power plants and waste recycling, and in establishment of ventures for bio-gas, wind energy and methane gas power plants.
