Adv. Natalie Rosenberg Biton specializes in all aspects of commercial law, including providing support and ongoing legal advice to the firm’s commercial clients in a diversity of legal fields (employment law, intellectual property law and more), managing negotiations  and in drafting various types of commercial agreements, including various service agreements, employment agreements, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, sponsorships, licensing agreements

Natalie also specializes in the field of sports laws, and within this framework she provides legal support to the Beitar Jerusalem Football Club.

Natalie also advises on all aspects of wills, inheritances and estate administration. Adv. Rosenberg Biton is authorized to issue a continuous power of attorney, preliminary instructions for the appointment of a guardian and a document of expression of will, in accordance with the law.
