Co-Founder

Adv. Edo Orlansky is one of the founders of Orlansky, Eisenberg, Mozeson & Co.

Edo has over 30 years experience in dealing with diverse legal matters. He specializes in litigation in all judicial instances in the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law, and in the management and representation in arbitrations in Israel and international arbitrations and proceedings with quasi-judicial entities.

 

Furthermore, Edo has conducted legal proceedings throughout the years on behalf of and with various authorities, represented private and public clients in administrative petitions and petitions to the High Court of Justice, and has many years experience supporting real estate transactions, diverse commercial transactions, shareholders’ agreements and partnerships, expropriation and depreciation claims in receivership and liquidation proceedings.

 

Edo is well known for fighting for the rights of his clients in complex cases, against commercial entities, various authorities, and individuals.

 

Moreover, Edo has considerable experience in statutory proceedings, he accompanies companies specializing in renewable energy in projects in Israel and overseas, and advises them in all matters relating to construction of power stations, including natural, bio-gas, and renewable energy gas stations.

 

Ido has served, among others, as President of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association.

 

Membership in the Israel Bar Association

Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1992. In the past he was a member of Tel Aviv District Ethics Committee and served as a judge and President of the Disciplinary Tribunal of Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association. Ido is a member of the Arbitration Institution of the Israel Bar Association.

Education

Education

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.B, 1992) cum laude; further diploma studies in the field of companies laws at Bar Ilan University; he was a representative of the Export Institute at a seminar at the International Trade Conference in Taiwan.

 

Furthermore, Edo is a graduate of a mediation course on behalf of the Israel Bar Association, and a graduate of courses and further studies in diverse fields of law. He has also lectured in a preparation of practical agreements course for business people at the College for Financial Independence.
