Adv. Ronen Mozeson is one of the founders of Orlansky, Eisenberg, Mozeson & Co.

Ronen leads the fields of real estate, commerce and sports laws in the firm.

During the past decade, Ronen has provided ongoing legal representation to leading real estate companies in the Israeli market for real estate transactions and various legal proceedings, and is an expert in dissolution of real estate partnership claims and construction defects claims (both in representation of contractors and of apartment buyers).

In the field of real estate Ronen has gained considerable experience in support of contractors and apartment buyers at the Ministry of Finance’s flagship “Mechir LeMishtaken” project.

Furthermore, Ronen specializes in supporting complex real estate transactions (purchase of real estate rights, partnership agreements, combination transactions and so forth).

Apart from the aforementioned, Ronen specializes in the field of commerce and supports companies in international transactions and in conducting negotiations for diverse commercial agreements, including support for start-up companies from foundation to capital raising.

Ronen leads the firm’s Sports Laws Department. As such Ronen has served as legal counsel for the Beitar Jerusalem Football Club for the past 16 years and is one of the members of the management of the Israel Football Association.
